Your business still runs on work nobody should be doing by hand.

I find out why it's done that way, then build the software that does it for you: internal tools, field apps, and the automations in between.

  • Built end to end, front to back
  • Software in daily use for years
  • Microsoft 365 & the tools you already pay for

  1. Your team types the same data twice.
  2. I start by asking why it is done this way.
  3. The spreadsheet becomes an app built for the job.
  4. Hit submit, and the office reports write themselves.

Sound familiar?

The work that quietly eats the week.

  1. The same data, typed twice

Someone captures it in the field or on a call, and someone else retypes it into the system that actually matters.

Every retype is a chance to get it wrong.

  2. The owner doing the copy-paste

Personalized emails, follow-ups, status updates: the most expensive hours in the company spent on a template.

Is this the best use of the person who runs the place?

  3. The report that takes a day to assemble

Photos from one place, numbers from another, a document stitched together by hand every single time.

The format never changes. Why does the work?

Internal automation · Microsoft Graph

Four hours a day of the CEO's email, turned into a CSV upload.

A firm's CEO was preparing outreach emails by hand, one template at a time. I built an app that personalizes and sends them from his own mailbox, recovers from individual failures, and reports on every run.

Field app · React Native

A field app that writes the office's reports when the analyst hits submit.

I rode along on real inspections to see the work first, then built the app analysts used on site. Submitting an inspection produces the workbook and photo reports the office needs, filed where the team works.

How I work

The problem you bring me is not always the problem to solve.

Ask why

Why does the work happen this way, and what is the person doing it really trying to get done? Often the fastest answer is to watch it happen.

Decide up front

Objective, constraints, trade-offs and expected behavior get settled before the code, so nobody relitigates them halfway through.

Build, then stay

I build the whole thing, front to back, ship it, and keep maintaining it after people depend on it.

Growth systems

And the systems that bring customers in.

Operations are half of it. The other half is a steady flow of the right conversations. These are set up and operated for you, and connected to the rest of your business.

  • Outbound

    Outbound system

Finds companies that match your ideal customer, researches each one, writes personal outreach and follows up.

  • Content

    Content engine

Publishes useful articles on a steady schedule, built on research into what your buyers actually search for.

  • Web ops

    Web operations

Keeps your site fast, secure and current, and turns visitors into conversations.

A 30-minute call. No pitch deck. Bring the spreadsheet, and we'll start with why.
